I just kept sampling the frosting over and over. SOOO Good
3 Tb. butter, softened
1 tsp. half and half
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 1/3 C. powdered sugar
Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add sugar. Enjoy!! And you will.
This frosting printed with a coconut cupcake but I couldn't find potato starch to make them.
