Crackin Burger

I was on a quest for a really good hamburger this summer. Sure you can put great things on the hamburger to make it better but I wanted the meat to be good also. The Boise Fry Company has the best hamburgers but these are pretty darn good. I found these on another blog. If my husband didn't think rosemary was poking his throat I would substitute that for the parsley cuz that's what's in the ones at the Fry Company. Do try.

Crackin Burger

1 lb lean ground beef
12 Cream crackers (I used "Cabaret" crackers)
1 egg
2 T dijon mustard
1/2 C parsley torn to pieces
salt & pepper
Burger Buns
Butterhead lettuce
Good quality cheddar
Condiments of your choice

Mix your ground beef up with the smashed crackers, egg, mustard and parsley. Then add salt and pepper. Form into 6, 1/4" thick patties. Put in refrigerator to firm. Heat grill and cook away.
