Chicken Stroganoff

This is a family favorite you can use beef also and substitute the chicken with hamburger and the broth with beef broth, both are very tasty. Happy Homemaking

6 bacon slices
1 tsp onion powder
1 pound chicken breast; cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 garlic cloves, minced
8oz. sour cream
2 Tb. flour
4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

Cook bacon in lrg skillet and drain all but 2 Tb. grease. Remove bacon and add chicken and onion powder. Saute for about 6 min. Add crumbled bacon, broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic; bring to boil. Cover and simmer on low for 10 min. Combine sour cream and flour, add to skillet and warm. Serve over noodles. So delicious
